What do I need to give you?
Just a short WhatsApp chat or a few voice notes about your business. We write the content for you. If you have photos of your work, shop or team, send them too.
How long does it take?
3 to 7 days, depending on the product. A Starter Website takes 3 days, a Brand Kit 4 days, a Business Website 5 days and a Launch Kit 5 to 7 days. The clock starts once we have your answers.
Do I own my website and logo?
Yes, once fully paid. Your domain, logo files and social accounts are handed over in your name.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. Domain is charged at actual cost. Hosting is ₹3,000 a year for up to 5 pages and ₹5,000 a year for 6 pages or more, renewed every year.
Can I make changes later?
Small changes are covered by Prusta Care at ₹4,999 a year. Bigger changes are quoted.
Do you do SEO or ads?
Not right now. We focus on getting you set up properly: a good website, logo and social profiles.
Is GST extra?
Yes, 18% GST is added to all prices.
Can I meet someone in person?
Yes. We have local representatives who can meet you in person.
How do I pay?
Payment link, UPI or bank transfer.
What if I don't like the design?
Two revision rounds are included. Tell us what to change and we will fix it. If you need more, an extra revision round is ₹999.
When do I pay?
Starter Website and Brand Kit are paid in full upfront. For the Business Website and Launch Kit, you pay 50% to start and 50% before the site goes live. Domain and hosting for the first year are paid with the first payment.
How long does the launch offer last?
The launch offer is for our first 30 clients. After that, the regular prices apply.
Should I choose Starter or Business?
Choose Starter if one page with your services, photos and contact details is enough. Choose Business if you want separate pages for services and a gallery, which suits clinics, salons, cafes and coaching classes.
I already have a logo. Do I need the Brand Kit?
No. If you are happy with your logo, a Prusta Website is enough. We will use your logo and colours.
I haven't picked a business name yet. Can you still help?
Yes, but please decide the name before we start the logo. Your Prusta contact can talk it through with you. We do not check trademarks, so do a quick search before you decide.
Do you post on my social media every month?
No. We set up your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business profiles with your logo, cover and bio. Posting after that is up to you.
Can I sell products online on my website?
Not yet. We do not build online stores right now. Your website can show your products with a WhatsApp button so people can order by message.
